This package includes having 1 professional videographer at the party event for up to 5 hours. Videographer arrives 45 minutes prior to start of party, videotaping commences with the cocktail reception and continues throughout the dinner reception for up to 4 hours. This is not continuous videotaping of every minute for the 4 hours only the necessary events of the evening will be captured. A copy of the unedited version may be requested the week after the event, a copy with timecode may be requested if you want to select portions for the final edited video. A growing up photo montage containing 35 photos is set to the music of your choice is included. Additional photos exceeding package limit will incur a $10 charge per photo. This montage is only intended for the edited version and photos must be sent 2 weeks after the event to be included. You have the option to choose music for the montage, if you opt out we will choose appropriate music and no changes will be allowed after the editing is completed. Each edited version of the party will have an opening intro and an ending recap set to music. DVD will have a basic menu and chapter markings with no scene selection menu and will be ready in approximately 8 weeks depending on schedule. You may opt for scene selection menu on your dvd for an additional charge. Only one edited copy is provided although additional copies may be purchased separately.

Standard Package

This package includes 1 professional videographer to videotape the service or rehearsal at the synagogue whichever is allowed. A 150 photo montage is included in this package and is produced to be shown at the event. Photos, home videos and music must be submitted 8 weeks before event to avoid production delays. If you do not choose your music, we will choose it for you, but any changes to music after montage is completed will incur per hour charges of $175 no exceptions. You may preview the completed montage one week prior to event if there are delays in production. Minor adjustments may be made after viewing and client must sign off before mastering to dvd. Any changes made after mastering will incur a charge of $175 per hour. An assistant will accompany the videographer at the party event for up to 5 hours, they will arrive 1 hour before the start of the cocktail reception to preset and test portable video projection equipment for presentation of the photo montage. Videotaping starts with the arrival of guests at the cocktail reception and continues throughout the event for up to 5 hours. At a specified time during the event the photo montage will be presented on a 8 X 8 ft. portable projection screen, an audio system will be provided if we are not allowed an audio feed to your DJ or Band’s system. The projection system will only be set for showing of the montage once during the event and removed at the completion of presentation. Our packages are designed to offer you the services needed for your event and to save money over ala carte prices. The packages cannot be broken up, if you decide not to do a montage or portable screen from this package no discounts will be given for the item removed. An unedited version will be given to you within one week after the event, we ask that you view it and call us with feedback to assist us with editing of your party, you may request your unedited version with a timecode window to use as reference to select the portions to edit. It takes approximately 8 weeks for delivery of the edited version and once again changes will incur additional charges. Your edited dvds will have interactive menus and scene selections. 2 copies of the edited DVD will be provided.

Deluxe Package

• 2 - 6x8 ft "live" simulcast video screens
• 2 technicians for "live" simulcast
• DVD/VCR/projector/switcher setup with monitor

• Two copies of edited video with recap on DVD

Includes everything in the Standard Package plus these added features; An MTV Style Music Video, two 6 x 9 ft. rear projection video screens with “live” simulcast of the party. The screens are set up hours before the event and become a part of your decor for the duration of the event. You may do a Custom Specialty Video instead of an MTV video on this package, but in most cases additional charges will be incurred. With the MTV video your son/daughter chooses a favorite dance song, learns the lyrics and we select a day to shoot the video, we hire 2 to 4 hip hop dancers to be included in the video. Please allow 4 to 6 hours for the day of shooting. We encourage participation by siblings or other family members to be a part of this video. Sorry! No Friends.

For the Custom Specialty Video we create a theme or concept, write a script and schedule a day or two for the shoot, depending on the script or type of video, shooting may take longer than 1 or 2 days so please allow time in your schedule to accommodate a video like this. Additional charges will be incurred for this video. Editing may take as long as a week or more, viewing of the edited video may be allowed if we encounter no delays in shooting. The video will be shown on the evening of the event at the specified time on the two large projection screens.
